Lt. Governor's Challenge
Our family has been doing the Lt. Governor's Challenge for the last six weeks or so and we have about six to go. I went on the site (http://www.ltgovernorschallenge.us/index.php?msg=logout ) to update my info and I realized that I need to step it up. I registered my activity to the Silver level, but my nutrition level is at the Gold level. I hope I make it. It has been a good program to follow and to give me an incentive to be healthier.

I wish our Lt. Governor would do something like this. It looks like a great challenge. I'm sure it would benefit me a lot if I did do it!
