Last night I finished sewing 27 aprons for the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Each of them were a little different with different fabric and color of bias tape. I am not sure what their plans are, but I know they are having some kind of program that they will use them at. The lady that had me make them wrote a cute little poem that she will stick in the pocket. They were simple, but it took me a long time to do 27 of them. I am glad to have them done, and now I have three pair of pants to hem and then a curtain to make for a friends theater room.

Cute aprons! I have this thing about aprons! I've been dying to have a girls only dinner party 1950's style where everyone comes in an apron and brings recipe cards for everyone with a dish to share. I may do it in the fall.
I would love for you to join our LOSER group. For the most part it is all voluntary... we just ask that you visit the blog a few times a week and comment on how you are doing. If we don't hear from members for more than a month they will automatically lose the ability to add to posts... but are still welcome to lurk around the blogs. I already added you as a member... if you would email me your address I can give you administration privilages so that you can contribute to the blog. My email is soyprincesa2 at hotmail.com
27! Did you just make them for them because you are so nice?
Thanks Maggie. I will be in touch.
Elesa,
No, I did charge them, but not enough. On considered it a job/service project.
