Okay! Okay!! Okay!!! I know I need to put something here, and a lot has been happening, but I am the loser mom who doesn't bring her camera and plus, think of this: Most of you have little kids who don't have much say in what you put on your blog. My teenagers get so annoyed if I "talk about their lives." So, I know I could write stuff, but it is so fun to write about your kids, and I will, but I just need to be careful too (I have to live with them).

Well, Becca is getting ready to graduate. It is so exciting! There seems to be so much going on right now, and it brings back memories of my high school days. It is fun. My sister-in-law, Anne, made us some awesome graduation announcements. They are just beautiful, and fit Becca so well. A week from Friday, she will be officially done with high school.
For those of you who don't know, she has chosen to go to BYU-I in the fall. She received a full-tuition scholarship and feels much relief. We will worry about getting ready for that phase of her life once we get done with high school.
Right now, I am piecing a quilt for the 4th graders. I should get back to it, and I will in a minute. Today was field day at our school, and what a bumber....it is raining. The PTA put up some blow-up toys in the cafeteria, and that is about all the children get to do.
Nathan's class is going on a "Pioneer Trek" tomorrow. They are walking to the park and back, and are supposed to pack a pioneer-type lunch. Rachel's 9th grade class is going to Antelop Island tomorrow. Every year the 9th graders go over there and do a service project. I hope it is half way decent weather for them tomorrow. There is so much going on at the school right now. It is crazy.

Last night was our spring piano recital. Everyone did very well. It was Nathan's first time and he did a great job. He played "Echo Canyon Pow Pow." It was so cute, and if I figure out how to do it, I will post our video. It was Becca's last time and she did a beautiful job. She played "For Good" from Wicked. It is an absolutely beautiful song and I feel so lucky to get to have it played over and over and over again in our home (I say that with all seriousness). It is beautiful. It was Rachel's middle time and she did a great job. She played "The Lord's Prayer" and it is so amazing and inspiring to see how far she has come. It was a beautiful song and I hope she gets to play it in church some time. (I am sure she doesn't feel the same.)
Well, I guess I will get back to the quilt. If you guys are lucky, I may let you see it!
